I'm interested in adapting best practices from software engineering to analytics, data engineering, and scientific code — think testing, CI/CD, observability, version control, etc. I also enjoy thinking about automation, scheduling, and devtools for data-driven software.
I received a B.S. from Yale, where I worked with Dragomir Radev at LILY on natural language generation and Meg Urry on galaxy morphology. I was also part of Steven Zucker's teaching staff for Computational Vision and Biological Perception (CPSC 475).
